In Space, no one can wash your hands

So, aboard the Space Shuttle, bacteria get stronger. No, it's not cosmic radiation, it's zero gravity.

Apparently, the zero gravity creates similar fluid dynamics to the fluid in our intestines. Well, to mouse intestine fluid. The experiment found that bacteria that lived in space for a short while killed more mice than earthbound bugs.

Or maybe it's just that BASA, the Bacteria Air and Space Agency selected their best and their brightest to send into space. As bactronauts.
